Mechanical Breakdown Protection Choose’s StoneEagle’s SEcureCard

DALLAS – Mechanical Breakdown Protection Inc. (MBPI), an extended vehicle service contract administrator, has selected The StoneEagle Group’s SEcureCard to automate the claims management process for paying client dealers and repair facilities.

SEcureCard is a business-to-business payment solution that has been providing third-party administrators with a real-time approach for handling claim payments and reduced labor costs since 2004. SEcureCard eliminates the tedious manual reconciliation processes that can take claims departments an average of five to seven days to resolve.

Now, when a dealer or repair facility (otherwise known as a payee) requests approval for repairs covered under an MBPI program, the MBPI claims department authorizes a unique “one-time use” SEcureCard MasterCard number for each claim. The payee then receives an electronic authorization complete with the 16 digit number, expiration date and security code. After the payee completes the repair and submits the transaction, SEcureCard immediately reconciles the information to the approved claim and the payment is automatically processed through the MBPI administration system.

“SEcureCard has created a number of benefits for MBPI,” said George Meiners, CFO of MBPI. “We are able to process payment to the dealer at a much quicker pace than before. We have also improved internal efficiencies by reducing the need for numerous reconciliation procedures while at the same time reducing fraudulent credit card usage.”

“SEcureCard virtually eliminates overcharges and fraudulent activity associated with paying claims,” said Bobby Allen, CEO of StoneEagle. “By implementing this program, MBPI has substantially reduced processing costs involved with payment issues and the time and labor associated with reconciling transactions.”

Service Payment Plan Integrates with StoneEagle’s SEcureSalesTool

DALLAS — The StoneEagle Group has integrated Service Payment Plan Inc. (SPP) with its SEcureSalesTool, which will automate the contract generation and submission process for SPP.

This integration will allow the service and F&I departments to streamline the process of selling service contracts to their customers. The SEcureSalesTool accurately calculates the monthly payment, based on the down payment, generates the SPP contract electronically, stores the payment information, and automatically delivers the data to SPP’s administration system, as well as the corresponding vehicle service contract administrator.

“The SEcureSalesTool is an essential point-of-sale solution designed for dealers to maximize revenue on the service drive or within the F&I office,” said Jason Gillette, director of sales and marketing for StoneEagle.

SPP is the largest service contract payment plan company in the industry, and offers programs to independent service contract providers and manufacturers, throughout the United States and Canada. The payment plans can range from 12 to 18 months in length, depending on the term of the service contract. Electronic debit to checking account, savings account or using a credit or debit card keeps the payment plan paperless and hassle-free. All customers that purchase a vehicle with cash, outside financing or limited financing, can benefit from SPP’s zero-percent interest monthly payment option.

“I am excited about our relationship with StoneEagle and our integration to their SEcureSalesTool because it makes it much easier and more efficient for dealers to do business with SPP and benefit from our interest-free payment plans for service contracts,” said Robert Hymen, president of SPP.

MediaTrac Selects SEcureData Solution from StoneEagle

DALLAS — MediaTrac LLC, an automotive retail marketing company, has selected SEcureData from StoneEagle to provide accurate, comprehensive and timely data from its clients’ dealership management systems (DMS).

Automotive dealers use the DMS according to their individual business practices; consequently, the data format is inconsistent across the market. StoneEagle’s SEcureData solution aggregates and standardizes data from numerous DMS types, and delivers it to applications such as MediaTrac. SEcureData provides MediaTrac with the data necessary to deliver effective customer loyalty programs on behalf of its client dealers.

The LoyaltyTrac customer retention program can automatically filter and market to a dealer’s customers based solely on their past purchase habits. Dealerships are now realizing that building meaningful customer relationships while providing some form of member equity will lead to long-term success. MediaTrac expects to reach the 6 million member plateau before the end of 2009.

“The ability of StoneEagle to retrieve and deliver DMS data is very helpful to MediaTrac,” said Jeff Shenk, director of operations for MediaTrac. “Our goal is to supply dealers with the very best in technology to help improve customer loyalty and we are excited to have StoneEagle as a technology partner.”

“The SEcureData solution is hosted and managed by StoneEagle to provide our clients with the highest levels of security, reliability and scalability,” said Jason Gillette, director of sales and marketing for The StoneEagle Group. “The data processing and quality assurance measures we have implemented, coupled with our ability to tailor a solution around a client’s specific business rules, provides a winning scenario for companies offering software applications to the automotive industry.”

CIMA Systems Selects StoneEagle’s SEcureData Solutions

DALLAS — CIMA Systems (CIMA), a customer interactive management application that serves as an automated business development center for dealerships, selected SEcureData from StoneEagle to provide data from its clients dealership management systems (DMS).

Automotive dealers use the DMS according to their individual business practices, so StoneEagle’s SEcureData solution aggregates inaccessible and inconsistent data from numerous DMS types. StoneEagle cleanses, standardizes and custom maps each dealer for data integrity and delivers the “transactable” data to applications such as CIMA.

CIMA’s patent-pending solution offers dealers the ability to communicate unlimited “two-way” communications with their customers based on any data that resides in the dealership’s DMS for one flat monthly fee. Customers receive communication via their preferred method (i.e., e-mail, phone, text, etc.). Also included is the ability to have each customer schedule a service appointment via a toll-free phone number or online. Before the appointment, CIMA will automatically contact each customer with an appointment reminder.

“StoneEagle’s ability to accurately and quickly retrieve DMS data is invaluable to CIMA,” said Gary Nixon, president and CEO of CIMA.

“The SEcureData solution is hosted and managed by StoneEagle to provide our clients with the highest levels of security, reliability and scalability. The data processing and quality assurance measures we have implemented, coupled with our ability to tailor a solution around a client’s specific business rules, provides a winning scenario for companies offering software applications to the automotive industry,” said Jason Gillette, director of sales and marketing for The StoneEagle Group.

VisionMenu Partners with StoneEagle for DMS Integration

DALLAS — VisionMenu Inc., a provider of training, menu and software development tools to the automotive and powersports industries, has selected The StoneEagle Group’s SEcureIntegration to automate how VisionMenu client dealers use its menu, desking and reporting applications.

The integrated version of the Vision Menu Elite Pro is now available. The upgrade eliminates the need to manually input information from the dealer management system (DMS) into VisionMenu or desking tools, thereby enhancing dealer efficiency and convenience.

The user clicks on the DMS import button within the Vision menu and enters the appropriate deal number. The import function auto-populates all information pertaining to that deal from the DMS instantly to create an error-free menu presentation. This process and powerful integration saves time and creates a better workflow for users on each transaction.

“SEcureIntegration has produced numerous benefits for VisionMenu. It not only provides value to our client dealers by streamlining the F&I menu process, but it also reduces numerous errors that were once associated with manual data entry,” said Ron Martin, president of Vision of F&I. “Dealers were telling us that we have the best software but they required integration.”

“StoneEagle DMS solutions accelerate productivity, reduce errors and internal costs for a number of organizations that provide software applications to the automotive industry,” said Jason Gillette, director of sales and marketing of The StoneEagle Group.
