GWC Warranty Names New Chief Revenue Officer


WILKES-BARRE, Penn. – GWC Warranty, the best-in-class provider of used vehicle service contracts sold through automotive dealers, has appointed Brian Stach as the company’s new Chief Revenue Officer.
In his role, Stach will oversee all of GWC Warranty’s field sales operations, including a nationwide team of Area Vice Presidents, Dealer Consultants and Trainers.
 
“Brian is a proven leader with a long track record of fostering highly engaged, successful sales teams focused on flawless execution and best-in-class customer service. Stach, a St. Mary’s University of Minnesota graduate, joins GWC Warranty following more than 15 years of successful sales management experience. Throughout his career he has spearheaded results-driven initiatives at numerous organizations such as CareerBuilder, Yahoo! and DialogTech. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Sales for Internet Brands.

GWC Warranty Releases Fifth Video In Award-Winning Behind The Wheel Dealer Story Series

The latest release in the Behind The Wheel series features Safeen Motors, an independent dealership in Garland, Texas owned and operated by two former Iraqi refugees. The story of Safeen Motors is an inspiring tale of the American dream as told by two motivated business owners who use their memories of time spent in refugee camps and their appreciation for their opportunities in America as motivation to never take any customer for granted.

GWC Warranty Appoints Director Of Marketing Strategy


WILKES-BARRE, Penn. – GWC Warranty, the best-in-class provider of used vehicle service contracts and related finance and insurance products sold through automotive dealers, has promoted Mike Silverman to the position of Director of Marketing Strategy.

Silverman joined GWC Warranty in 2014 as the Manager of Product Strategy, and has since overseen product improvements and new product development aimed at helping dealers sell more cars. In his new role as Director of Marketing Strategy, Silverman will have added input and influence over all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy.

“Mike’s accomplishments during his tenure at GWC have consistently contributed to the success of our dealer partners and in turn been a key factor in our company’s growth in recent years,” said GWC’s CEO and President Rob Glander. “We are confident that his leadership and vision for our future will continue to have a positive impact on GWC as a whole.”

Prior to joining GWC, Silverman held several progressive marketing and sales roles at nationally renowned companies such as Dunkin’ Brands, Bose and the Cleveland Cavaliers. He is 2007 graduate of Amherst College and he holds a Master of Business Administration from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

GWC Warranty Names New Vice President Of Operations


WILKES-BARRE, PA. – GWC Warranty, a best-in-class provider of used vehicle service contracts and related finance and insurance products sold through automotive dealers, has appointed Richard Gesler as the company’s new Vice President Of Operations.

In his role, Gesler will oversee all of GWC Warranty’s claims, business processing and customer service operations.

Gesler, a Long Island University graduate, joins GWC Warranty following more than two decades of claims management experience. Throughout his career he has improved claims performance and customer service at numerous organizations such as Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Hanover Insurance Group, AutoOne Insurance, Bristol West Insurance and Nationwide Insurance.

With more than 20 years of experience administering used vehicle service contracts (VSC), GWC Warranty has paid more than $400 million in claims to date. Gesler’s arrival is aimed at enhancing this already strong VSC operation with a customer-focused approach to claims administration and customer service.
