Auto/Mate Integrates DMS With MaximTrak F&I Suite

ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems has integrated its dealership management system (DMS) with MaximTrak Technologies’ F&I Suite. Auto dealers using both systems may now benefit from a real-time, bi-directional exchange of information.

“Our Open/Mate certification is easy, inexpensive and fast for third-party vendors, lowering costs and expanding vendor choices for dealers,” said Mike Esposito, president and CEO of Auto/Mate Dealership Systems.

MaximTrak’s F&I Menu Platform allows F&I managers to create custom menu presentations, including branded presentations with customer graphics and color design, navigate between screens, and present multiple deal scenarios with a flexible interface. MaximTrak also allows data to be saved as a presentation progresses, eliminating the need to re-type information.

“Our focus is on creating a better buying experience for the customers, which is accomplished by the professionalism and speed of our F&I menu and reporting solutions,” said Jim Maxim Jr., president of MaximTrak Technologies. “Having our product suite integrated with a dealer’s DMS eliminates redundancies and errors caused by incomplete transfer of information.”

Auto/Mate’s dealership management system received the “Highest Rated” DMS award in the 2012 and 2013 Driving Sales Dealer Satisfaction Awards, and is known for offering the best customer support in the industry.

Mobile Menus Pave the Way to the Future of F&I

Technology is a driving factor in our lives today, and the menu market is no different. Consumers have access to it in their personal lives, and use it to research everything from the food they eat to the big-ticket purchases – like cars – that they make. Many of them are getting to a point where they even make those purchases online, via companies like Peapod.com, or from dealerships that offer Internet purchasing.

What that means to the average dealer – and agent – is that consumers today live on their technology. They trust it, they purchase on it, and they are getting to a point where they are more comfortable with it than they are with older, paper systems. They will gravitate and trust dealerships and products that are presented to them in a format they are already comfortable with, making the process smoother, and putting them in a less defensive, more open to buying state of mind.

To facilitate this transition to the new mobile menu world, we invited several players in the mobile menu software business to give us a little information about their products, and some insight into where they see the market going. While they range in opinion as to whether dealerships should hand an iPad over to the customer to walk themselves through a presentation, or whether the F&I manager should keep control of the process, they all agree that the platform itself is the future of the business.

Digital is shaping the future of almost every industry, and ours, in particular, is starting to see the beginnings of a revolution in what consumers want out of a vehicle, but more than that, they want the process of purchasing it to feel like it belongs in the age of Internet shopping and digital downloading. By providing agents, and through them dealerships, with the tools to meet this consumer need head on, the whole industry will win with happier customers and increased sales.

MaximTrak and F&I Administration Solutions Announce Strategic Partnership, Integration

WAYNE – MaximTrak Technologies announced a strategic partnership and integration with F&I Administration Solutions, LLC, a provider of software for the administration of automotive F&I products.

This integration enables auto dealers to electronically rate, contract and register contracts for all providers through the SCS Auto administration platform without having to leave the MaximTrak system.

“We are very pleased to have completed this integration as it further expands the reach of MaximTrak. Our strategy is to open up our network to other providers and enable connectivity to all parties. We have a collaborative approach and our new platform not only offers product integration to MaximTrak directly but also through industry partnerships such as F&I Admin,” said MaximTrak Technologies President & CEO Jim Maxim Jr.

“This integration dovetails with our mission to enable every possible channel for providers and dealers to more efficiently conduct electronic transactions,” said David Trinder, CEO of F&I Admin.

“With our connectivity to MaximTrak, auto dealers can now conduct an entire transaction, from quote to contracting, without leaving the MaximTrak menu. MaximTrak Certified for Integration with Reynolds

WAYNE – MaximTrak Technologies announced that it has been certified for integration with the Reynolds and Reynolds ERA® Dealer Management System (DMS) through the Reynolds Certified Interface (RCI) Program. The certification allows MaximTrak to retrieve data from a dealer’s Reynolds ERA DMS using standard data interfaces developed as part of the RCI Program. These interfaces help ensure dealer information security, privacy, confidentiality, integrity, and supportability.

Michael Brown, Chief Operating Officer for the Staluppi Autogroup, stated “We are very happy to see MaximTrak and Reynolds complete the certified interface, which we will use in our dealerships operations. The speed of performance and the broad range of enhancements including security, stability and control that an RCI interface offers our group of dealerships are significant. Our F&I Departments run on MaximTrak and the Reynolds ERA® DMS, so we are excited to see our primary partners work together on this integration.”

“DMS Integration is of primary importance to dealers because it eliminates double entry of data and saves the F&I Manager time on each transaction while reducing errors. The customer impact is less wait time at the point-of-sale which has dramatic implications on Customer Satisfaction Scores”, said Paul Manili, MaximTrak’s Chief Technical Officer. “Higher CSI Scores and more profitable transactions are something that every dealer and manufacturer wants to see a trend toward and we are glad to be helping in this area,” Manili added.

MaximTrak frees up dealership Finance Managers to focus on the customer and eliminates wasted time on administrative functions by consolidating many of the tasks into one application interface. MaximTrak’s fully-automated and paperless workflow solution greatly improves the efficiency of the selling process for auto dealers by providing access to real-time rates, menu presentation tools and electronic contract submissions with industry providers.

With the launch of its newest product called eTRAK™, MaximTrak™ has enabled electronic product rating, contracting, signature capture and registration, eliminating paper and significantly streamlining the F& I process for dealership customers nationwide. Dealers can electronically register all F&I related contracts directly with applicable administrators. The system reduces errors in contracting, increases productivity and sales volume and greatly enhances the quality of time consumers spend in the F&I Office.

The web-based platform is designed to enhance the presentation of value-added aftermarket options to consumers and drive increases in F&I product sales and customer satisfaction ratings.  The MaximTrak Dashboards™ reporting application automates the management of the department and provides dealers with real-time sales and performance statistics.

Provider Exchange Network Integrates with MaximTrak

TROY — Open Dealer Exchange’s Provider Exchange Network (PEN) announced its agreement with MaximTrak Technologies to integrate with the company’s independent F&I Menu & Reporting system, MaximTrak. This integration will allow Maxim to offer its dealer network electronic rating capabilities, forms and contract origination via PEN.

“We’re excited to partner with another industry leader as we continue to build the strength of our network by integrating with the MaximTrak menu system,” said Mark Virag, PEN managing director. “Our expertise is offering electronic contracting solutions that eliminate errors and streamline the process, resulting in more efficiency and accuracy for all involved.”

The Provider Exchange Network is an electronic data exchange that integrates the F&I product provider with the dealer’s point-of-sale system, whether through a menu or directly with the dealership management system (DMS). This eliminates the need for separate applications to enable e-contracting for aftermarket products. Functions include electronic ratings, forms preparation and contract origination.

“Teaming up with Provider Exchange Network provides us an excellent opportunity to better serve our dealership clients. The partnership with PEN expands the breadth of MaximTrak’s electronic rating and contracting services and enhances the F&I process through PEN’s varied e-solutions,” said Jim Maxim, MaximTrak Technologies president. “Because of this partnership and the benefits the technology offers, dealers will be able to deliver a more consistent F&I margin on every vehicle sold.”
