RouteOne and MaximTrak Come together to Innovate the Vehicle and F&I Sales Process


RouteOne has acquired the assets of MaximTrak and its related business and will operate MaximTrak through its wholly‐owned subsidiary RouteOne Holdings. This will bring together two long‐time partners to deliver a seamless vehicle F&I sales process.

The vehicle purchase process has undergone fundamental changes in recent years, and will continue to do so with increasingly rapid speed. Consumers and dealers alike expect consistency and seamless transition across all physical and digital sales channels. As a result, both RouteOne and MaximTrak have been pursuing aggressive strategies to innovate the sales process on behalf of their respective customers. RouteOne and MaximTrak’s complementary strategies have now come together to deliver on the vision of a complete sales and F&I solution that meets OEM, dealer and consumer needs – any time, any place, and on any device.

Fidelis PPM, MaximTrak Announce Integration


SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Fidelis PPM, a CU Direct company, announced today that its retention-building prepaid maintenance software is now integrated into MaximTrak Technologies’ F&I platform.

This integration enables F&I departments using the MaximTrak platform to deliver e-contracting functions between systems, providing dealerships with a paperless solution for presenting, validating, and registering Fidelis products.

“Dealers who offer their customers Fidelis PPM-brand prepaid maintenance programs see first-year customer retention rates of 85% and 65% at year three — with significant growth in customer-pay service revenue as well,” says Ryan Williams, president of Fidelis PPM. “Now, dealers using MaximTrak have a proven customer retention and service revenue program that works even more efficiently and conveniently, and more easily measure results.”

Aside from improving customer service and the presentation of Fidelis’ product programs, the integration will provide users with sale-through performance results through MaximTrak’s reporting tools. Additionally, the connection will eliminate data transfer bottlenecks and delays.

Brian Reed to Helm Technology Panel at PALS 2016


LAS VEGAS — Organizers of the annual P&A Leadership Summit have announced that Brian Reed, president of F&I Express, will lead a panel discussion devoted to electronic signatures at the 2016 event, which will be held Aug. 30–31 at Paris Las Vegas.

“Brian Reed has been a staunch advocate of advancing the universal adoption of time- and money-saving technology in the F&I office,” said David Gesualdo, show chair and publisher of P&Amagazine. “He is the ideal speaker to lead this esteemed group.”

The session, “eSignatures Today and in the Future,” will begin at 9:05 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 31. Reed will be joined by Dan Doman of RouteOne, Tim Gill of Advent Resources, Andy Mayers of Dealertrack and MaximTrak’s Jim Maxim. The group is expected to address the evolution and current state of the technology, discuss its benefits and the rate of adoption, and take questions from attendees.

APT’s Pazik to Helm Agent Summit Tech Panel


LAS VEGAS — Organizers of Agent Summit have announced that Randy Pazik, president of Accelerated Profit Technologies, will lead a panel dedicated to new technology at the event, which will be held May 9–11, 2016, at the Venetian Palazzo Las Vegas.

MaximTrak Releases Global F&I Platform


WAYNE, Pa. — MaximTrak Technologies has announced a new F&I platform with enhancements aimed at international markets. The new platform, MaximTrak Global, is being released in the United States, Canada, China, Australia, South America, and Europe, and will be made available to existing MaximTrak customers.

“We have taken what we have pioneered in America out to lead the global effort. Then we are bringing back home what we learn internationally. This cross-pollination gives us unique insights into creating better buying experiences, better systems, and better results for OEMs, dealer principals, F&I managers, agents and the end consumer,” said Jim Maxim Jr., president of MaximTrak Technologies.

The global platform will include new features such as customizable portal pages, an enhanced workflow, media-rich content, and configurability.
