Kia Motors America Has Renewed Its Agreement with JM&A Group

JM&A Group, one of the largest independent providers of finance and insurance (F&I) products in the automotive industry. Together, they will continue delivering top-rated service contracts and added protections for Kia customers.

KMA first partnered with JM&A in 2007 to grow its dealer programs using branded F&I products and extended warranty services known as the Kia Distinction. Today, 716 Kia dealers provide customers with at least one of JM&A’s industry-leading products. Of those, more than 400 are enrolled in five service offerings.

Kia’s suite of branded products includes vehicle protection plan, maintenance plan, road hazard tire coverage, Term Care Select, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) and CPO Wrap programs, as well as Paintless Dent Removal coverage, an added benefit for consumers who want to maintain their vehicles’ appearance over time.

JM&A also provides Kia dealers with F&I Training in associate development, consumer-friendly sales methods, compliance, marketing and e-contracting. Over the last eight years, the partnership has helped Kia build customer loyalty, boost dealer profitability and establish its CPO program as the industry standard among non-luxury vehicle brands. Kia Distinction product sales have increased by 25 percent and the Kia CPO program continues to experience retail growth at 43 percent.

JM&A Group Selects New Customer Service VP

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. — Josh Bass has been promoted to vice president of customer services for JM&A Group. In this role, he will oversee all claims and customer service operations in Deerfield Beach and St. Louis and will report to the company’s Chief Operating Officer Ron Coombs.

Bass joined JM&A in 2012 as the director of sales planning and analysis where he managed company’s strategic planning and sales analytics. Previously, he spent more than eight years at Florida Power & Light and held numerous operational and strategic leadership positions. Additionally, as a senior manager at Andersen Business Consulting, he was responsible for implementing customer-facing technologies out of its Miami and Paris offices.

StoneEagle Announces Strategic Alliance with JM&A Group

JM&A Group Launches Term Care Select

DEERFIELD BEACH – JM&A Group has launched Term Care Select, a comprehensive plan designed for lease and short-term vehicle owners. It offers drivers premium mechanical failure protection on the majority of mechanical components, as well as wear-and-tear coverage on items such as brake pads, batteries, headlamps, belts and hoses, fuses, light bulbs and windshield wiper blades.

Term Care Select builds on JM&A Group’s Lease Care and Courtesy Care products, reported F&I and Showroom magazine, and will be available to thousands of dealers across the country through Fidelity Warranty Services Inc., according to the company.

“Term Care Select allows us to give our dealers the exact fit of exceptional service and coverage for their customers,” said Forrest Heathcott, president of JM&A Group. “The plan combines the best of our services to provide new-car owners the added comfort and security they need if the unexpected happens.”

Term Care Select customers will receive a complimentary Driver’s OneCard membership, which provides them access to benefits and privileges from the Cross Country Motor Club Inc. program. JM&A Group Earns Top Service Contract Provider Award

DEERFIELD BEACH – JM&A Group is proud to announce it has been named the recipient of the Gold Award in the Service Contract Provider category of the Auto Dealer Monthly 2011 Dealers’ Choice Awards.

Dealers and dealership personnel rated providers in each category in four areas: 1) the product or service provided, 2) customer support and service, 3) the overall value for dollars spent, and 4) whether the dealer would recommend the provider.

JM&A Group Names VP of Sales and Operations

DEERFIELD BEACH — JM&A Group, an independent provider of F&I and service-related products, has promoted Michael Stellmach to vice president, sales and operations.

In this position, Stellmach, 40, will oversee and grow JM&A Group’s OEM relationships with Southeast Toyota Distributors LLC, Kia Motors America, Hyundai Motor America, Volkswagen of America, Audi of America, and Lotus, as well as strategic account partnerships and future growth. In addition, Stellmach will manage the success of JM&A Group’s reinsurance business and in-house training center, the Performance Development Center.

With more than 20 years of retail automotive experience, Stellmach began his sales career at JM&A Group in 1999 as an F&I specialist. He has held several sales manager positions, most recently serving as division manager for the Georgia and South Carolina markets.

Stellmach attended Brenau University in Gainesville, Ga. He currently resides in Atlanta, Ga. with his wife and two children.
