F&I Admin Announces Strategic Partnership With DentGuy Network’s “DASH” System


Chicago – F&I Administration Solutions LLC (F&I Admin), North America’s leading provider of software solutions for the administration of automotive F&I products, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership and systems integration with dentGuy Network’s “DASH” System. This partnership has resulted in the full integration of dentGuy Network’s powerful appearance claims processing solution with F&I Admin’s SCS Auto administration solution.

Customers who have bought appearance protection products (dent, cosmetic alloy wheel, windshield, headlight, exterior paint, interior stain, interior rip/puncture/burn and/or road hazard tire/wheel) can now go online to make a claim. The user-friendly interface allows the customer to access a dynamic image of their vehicle to choose the appropriate exterior panel or interior surface that needs repair, and then select an image – from a palette of photos – which most closely represents the damage. This intuitive process accurately captures the claim information and intelligently deciphers what is covered within the terms of the administrator’s agreement or warranty. The DASH System creates an unprecedented consumer experience, significantly improves loss control and together with the connectivity to SCS Auto, significantly decreases administrator claim handling.

F&I Admin Signs Advantage Warranty to the SCS Auto Platform


Chicago, Ill. – F&I Administration Solutions LLC (F&I Admin) signed Advantage Warranty LLC to the company’s SCS Auto platform. Advantage Warranty LLC is a new administration company that has grown out of Advantage Warranty Services – an agency based in New Jersey. Advantage Warranty will use SCS Auto to sell and administer their vehicle service contract products.

“F&I Admin has made the entire process of starting a VSC program impeccable,” said Ken Free, manager, Advantage Warranty LLC. “SCS Auto fulfills all our needs both with administration and sales. In addition, the training and support we have received from them has been fantastic.”

F&I Administration Solutions Releases Mobile Website For Agents


Chicago – F&I Administration Solutions LLC (F&I Admin) released its mobile Web site that delivers real time contract sales, claim payment data and much more to agents. The mobile Web site supports any mobile device, including iPhones, Android devices, Windows mobile and any other mobile platform that supports Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari mobile browsers. Contract sales, claim payments and much more are available in real time to any agent selling products that are administered through F&I Admin’s SCS Auto express platform.

The real time contract and claim data can be viewed in total across all dealerships or by individual dealership. All data is presented by product and includes quotes, submitted contracts, activated contracts, cancelled contracts and paid claims. In addition, an agent can look up dealers, click to call or instantly locate them on a map.

“We are very pleased to be releasing this mobile Web site,” said David Trinder, CEO. “This data was previously only available as an iPhone application and being constrained to one type of operating system became very restrictive. Developing it as a mobile web site means that the data is now available to agents no matter what phones or mobile devices they may be using.”

F&I Admin Signs Partners Alliance to the SCS Auto Platform

Partners Alliance will use the platform for the administration of GAP and other products.

F&I Admin Announces Integration with Paylink


Chicago – F&I Administration Solutions LLC (F&I Admin) announced the integration of PayLink Payment Plans financing services into its dealer electronic rating and electronic contracting solution. Now service and F&I departments within dealerships can automatically generate contracts with 0% financing, flexible payment terms and multiple payment options for F&I products purchased outside of the auto loan directly from F&I Admin’s dealer electronic contracting solution.

F&I Admin Announces SCS Auto Now Integrated with Over 20 Menu Systems


CHICAGO – F&I Administration Solutions (F&I Admin), a provider of software solutions for the administration of automotive F&I products integrated SCS Auto with more than 20 menu systems for electronic rating and electronic contracting. All rating data and all forms are sourced directly from the F&I Admin administration system – SCS Auto – so there is no additional effort for a provider on SCS Auto to support the menu integration.

“Over two years ago we built an open, standard interface to connect electronically with menus and other dealer sales systems for both electronic rating and electronic contracting.” said Kumar Kathinokkula, COO of F&I Admin. “Since then, the adoption by both the menu systems and dealers has been unprecedented.”

The SCS Auto interface to menu systems eliminates any need for a provider to maintain data outside the administration system. This is because all connected systems, including the administration system, access the same database for rates and contracts, so no additional maintenance or effort is required. In addition, transactions are recorded in the same system, so when a dealer enters a contract through a menu, it is immediately visible from within the administration system and is also immediately available to the dealer for electronic remittance and reporting.
