New Alliance Between AutoStar Solutions And KISS Concepts Group Brings Innovative Technology To Independent Dealerships Nationwide

FORT WORTH, Texas – Dealership software provider AutoStar Solutions has announced a new strategic alliance with consulting agency, KISS Concepts Group, to represent the AutoStar Fusion Ignite dealer management system (DMS) to independent dealerships throughout the United States.

As part of this new collaboration, independent agents and agencies that are members of KISS Concepts Group (an acronym for Keep It Simple Successfully) will act as outside sales representatives, introducing independent dealerships throughout the United States to the Fusion Ignite DMS platform.

Autosoft, Inc. Certifies StoneEagle Technology Solutions For Integration with FLEX DMS

Dealertrack CRM Receives Reynolds Certification

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. — Dealertrack Technologies has received certification from Reynolds and Reynolds for its CRM. The certification is part of the Reynolds Certified Interface (RCI) Program and applies to the ERA dealership management system (DMS).

The RCI Program provides a standardized approach to handling dealership data from a Reynolds DMS in a safe, secure and verifiable manner, improving the security and supportability of interfaces for both dealerships and third-party vendors. In addition to this new interface, Dealertrack has certified interfaces between Reynolds’ ERA DMS and Dealertrack’s Credit Application Network, as well as its inventory management, eMenu, SalesMaker, DealTransfer and econtracting solutions.

DealerSocket Partners With FEX DMS

San Clemente, Calif. – DealerSocket announced a new integration with Finance Express (FEX) DMS. In an effort to meet mutual customer demands, the companies have made it easier for dealers to manage and communicate with their customers, they said in a statement.

Through this integration, DealerSocket now accepts a nightly customer file from FEX DMS, which allows dealers to schedule automated processes such as vehicle buy back, happy birthday and anniversary follow-ups to encourage repeat business.

By utilizing FEX’s Web-based DMS, dealers can expect to have more accurate ROI reporting on sold business due to the Deal Recap information feeding from FEX to DealerSocket on a nightly basis.

Dealertrack Receives Lead Management Certification From Hyundai

Lake Success, N.Y. — Dealertrack’s DMS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution has been certified by Hyundai, who joins a growing list of vehicle manufacturers who have tested and approved the use of the Dealertrack solution.

The Dealertrack CRM solution, which is an option available on Dealertrack DMS, will allow Hyundai dealers to more effectively and efficiently manage and leverage customer information directly from their Dealertrack DMS. Hyundai is the 19th OEM to certify Dealertrack’s CRM as an approved option for maximizing lead generation using Dealertrack’s DMS.

Finance Express Rebrands Software Suite

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA – Finance Express has a new name for its suite of software tools for independent dealers. Called the FEX DMS, the rebranding is based on terminology the company’s clients and employees have used for years to describe its product line.

The rebranding also represents the company’s efforts over the last few years to broaden its footprint in the independent dealer market, reported F&I and Showroom magazine.

“We are rebranding our suite of products to better reflect our long term commitment to providing dealer management solutions,” says David Huber, CEO and President of Finance Express.

At its outset, the Finance Express technology was launched as a lender portal. Since that time, through acquisitions, system development, and integrated partnerships, the company has evolved into a major player in the dealer management solutions space.
