Portfolio Again Recognized with Top Ranking in the Annual Dealers’ Choice Awards


Lake Forest, Calif. – Portfolio, one of the nation’s leading reinsurance program managers for automotive dealers, has been voted for the 11th consecutive year as a top provider of Vehicle Service Contract Reinsurance in the annual Dealers’ Choice Awards national survey sponsored by Auto Dealer Today magazine. Portfolio earned this year’s first place Diamond award, its 4th Diamond in the past 5 years.

The survey was conducted over four weeks in May in an audited process where hundreds of dealer principals and other dealership personnel scored their satisfaction with providers in 34 categories of products and services. Survey respondents are asked to cast votes only for providers with which they have firsthand knowledge and experience. Readers of Auto Dealer Today and F&I Showroom magazines were reminded regularly to submit their votes.

In addition to identifying their primary providers in each category, respondents must rate their providers in four qualities: (1) the product or service provided; (2) customer support and service; (3) the overall value for dollars spent; and (4) whether the dealer would recommend the provider to another dealer. The quality of the votes is weighted more heavily than the quantity in order to level the field for smaller providers.

SouthwestRe Wins Second Straight Gold Award for Service Contract Reinsurance


ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — SouthwestRe Reinsure Inc. (SouthwestRe) has been awarded the 2018 Dealers’ Choice Gold Award for Service Contract Reinsurance. This marks the second year in a row that SouthwestRe has won this prestigious award.

The Dealers’ Choice awards are determined by a survey sent to readers of Auto Dealer Today and F&I and Showroom magazines. Voting was open solely to dealers and dealership personnel.

UDS Wins Two Dealers’ Choice Awards

CNA National Voted Top Provider for 12th Year in a Row


Scottsdale, Ariz.—For the 12th year in a row, dealers across the country have voted CNA National as the best in the industry. In the 2016 Dealers Choice Awards, the company has earned a first-place Diamond Award for “Best Service Contract Provider” and a third-place Gold Award for “Best Reinsurance Provider.”

CNA National has collected a total of 20 Dealers’ Choice Awards since the program’s inception in 2005—significantly more than any other VSC provider. The company has been honored as the Best Service Contract Provider from 2005-2010 and 2012-2016; and as the Best Reinsurance Provider from 2011-2013.

US Equity Advantage Earns Top Auto Industry Award


ORLANDO, Fla. –  For the second consecutive year, US Equity Advantage® (USEA) has received the top-ranked Diamond award in the annual Auto Dealer Monthly Dealers’ Choice Awards program that recognizes the industry’s best product and service providers.

This year’s 12th annual Dealers’ Choice Awards were based on a comprehensive survey that allowed auto dealers and dealership personnel to vote for their preferred vendors, suppliers and finance companies in 34 categories. Nominees were scored in a number of areas related to performance, customer service, and the likelihood the voter would recommend each company to another dealer.

The company’s dealer service support includes a dedicated team experienced in automotive retail finance and an online dashboard that lets dealer personnel track their deals and commissions in real-time.
