Auto/Mate Integrates DMS With Oplogic’s Dealer Operator

ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems’ dealer management system is now fully integrated with Oplogic’s Dealer Operator CRM solution. Dealers using both offerings will benefit from the increased sales and operations intelligence shared in real time between the two systems.

“Oplogic offers a comprehensive product suite to manage leads and customer contacts to increase sales; including CRM, desking, equity mining, call tracking, ILM, compliance and direct marketing,” said Mike Esposito, president and CEO of Auto/Mate.

Auto/Mate designed its Open/Mate program using open standards to provide an affordable integration experience for third-party vendors. The more vendors that integrate with each other, the greater cost savings dealerships are able to achieve.

Auto/Mate Now Integrated Into DealerOps

ALBANY, N.Y.—Auto/Mate Dealership Systems today announced that its dealership management system (DMS) is now fully integrated with the DealerOps platform.

Auto/Mate, the company noted, is a DMS solution that is ideal for large auto groups and single-store franchises. DealerOps designs custom, mobile-friendly web applications that provide dealers with enterprise-wide analytics and reporting.

As part of the integration, dealerships that use both vendors’ solutions will now receive automatic and seamless updates from their Auto/Mate Automotive Management Productivity Suite (AMPS) software into their DealerOps Platform.

Auto/Mate Appoints New Head of Marketing

ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems has appointed Patrick Reilly as its new head of marketing, the company announced today. He will oversee the development of a corporate marketing strategy that will increase awareness of Auto/Mate’s position as a DMS provider, fulfill the company’s growth objectives and drive revenue.

The new head of marketing comes to the company with more than 25 years of professional experience in marketing research, advertising, branding, and strategy for technology companies and agencies. Auto/Mate Receives Platinum Dealers’ Choice Award

ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems has announced that it has received a Platinum award in the 2015 Auto Dealer Monthly Dealers’ Choice Awards.

This year marks the second time that Auto/Mate has received a top ranking in the publication’s annual award program, which recognizes the industry’s best product and service providers. Winners of the Dealer’s Choice Awards are selected exclusively by dealership personnel, each of whom has to manually enter their partner companies’ names.

Auto/Mates Completes DMS Integration with BMW

ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems has completed integration of its dealership management system, Automotive Management Productivity Suite (AMPS), with BMW of North America (BMWNA)’s DMS Data Transfer system.

BMW dealers using Auto/Mate’s DMS can now enjoy seamless bi-directional information exchange with BMWNA.

“Having a fully integrated solution will save BMW dealers both time and money as it speeds up daily processes and eliminates loss of data, redundant data entry and other inefficiencies,” said Mike Esposito, president and CEO of Auto/Mate Dealership Systems.

Auto/Mate Announces 40% Year-Over-Year Increase in Auto Dealer Installs

Albany, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems announced a 40 percent year-over-year increase in auto dealership installs in 2013, boosting the number of its auto dealer clients to more than 1,000 nationwide. The dealership management system (DMS) provider also announced that in 2013, Ford, GM and Toyota were the franchises with the highest rate of growth in terms of switching to Auto/Mate’s DMS solution.

Mike Esposito, president of Auto/Mate, attributed the company’s continued growth to its full-featured, user-friendly software, a corporate culture that inspires employees to offer excellent customer service, and the company’s expertise in making DMS conversions smooth. “Our vision for Auto/Mate has always been clear and that is to offer the best DMS software with the best customer service,” he said. “It’s not hard to make decisions when you know what your values are as a company.
