ALPHA WARRANTY SERVICES NAMED TO MOUNTAINWEST CAPITAL NETWORK’S 2017 UTAH 100


SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Alpha Warranty Services today announced it was named to the 2017 Utah 100, MountainWest Capital Network (MWCN)’s annual list of the fastest-growing companies in Utah. Alpha ranked No. 51 out of 100 companies and was honored at the 23rd annual Utah 100 Awards program, held at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City.

Managers at Alpha Warranty Services Are Honored with National Guard Patriot Award


Salt Lake City, Utah –  On Wednesday, April 5th the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, ESGR, presented two Alpha Warranty Services managers with the Patriot Award. The ESGR was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service Members and their civilian employers on the employee’s military commitments. Brian Frees, a representative from the ESGR, presented the awards to Rick Olson and Jennifer Wood in a ceremony that took place at Alpha Warranty Services Corporate office.

As a member of the National Guard, it’s important to claims adjuster Michael Brizuela to have flexibility and a work life balance that allows him to fulfill his military duties. The flexible accommodations made by his supervisors, Rick Olson, Manager of Claims, and Jennifer Wood, Call Center Manager, impressed him to nominate them for the ESGR Patriot Award through the National Guard.  “I really do appreciate their hard work and a how they always make my transition between Alpha and the National Guard easy especially when I have to be gone for longer than two weeks at a time.  It’s not always easy being away from family and on top of that having to worry about work related tasks, but with such a supportive Alpha family it makes it easier on me to be able to concentrate on my military responsibilities.” says Brizuela. “I nominated them for this award to personally and publicly thank them for their support.”

“I feel that this award reflects Alpha as a company and the Claims department as a team. We have an amazing management team at Alpha that cares about its employees,” says Rick Olson, Manager of Claims as Alpha Warranty Services.  “I am extremely grateful for the National Guard and Armed Forces and thrilled to have them as part of our team. Alpha Warranty Service’s Employees Volunteer at the Utah Food Bank


SALT LAKE CITY – Alpha Warranty Services, Inc. expands philanthropic efforts by providing employees and their families opportunities to give back to the local community. On Wednesday March 8th, Alpha Warranty hosted a volunteer night at the Utah Food Bank, an organization whose mission is to fight hunger and serve those in need across Utah. Alpha employees gathered together at the food bank warehouse to sort and organize incoming food donations for distribution. The event not only gave back to the community, but was also an excellent team building opportunity for the company. As part of the evenings efforts, food was also donated by Alpha employees.

Alpha Warranty Services Teams with Agent and Dealer to Give Back to Struggling Family After Teen Writes Letter


PHILADELPHIA – Alpha Warranty Services, Inc. continues to support the local community by Delivering the Unexpected to those in need.

Alpha Warranty Services has a long history of being able to partner with their agents and dealers to Deliver the Unexpected to those in need. When Alpha representative Cheryl Barlow learned that Dani’s Auto received a letter about a family in need she immediately knew what to do. The letter from 16-year-old Maiya James, of West Philadelphia, explained that she would watch her mother, Katherine, struggle daily to care for her sister, Mariah. Mariah requires 24-hour nursing care because of her medical conditions including, blindness, cerebral palsy and epilepsy.  Amidst, their struggle, the van used to transport Mariah to doctors’ appointments was unreliable and constantly broke down. After passing the letter on to Alpha Warranty Services, they partnered with Dani’s Auto to provide a solution. Dani’s Auto donated a new wheel-chair accessible van, while Alpha Warranty Services donated a 5-year vehicle service contract and a gift card of $500 to the family to help their situation.

Alpha Warranty Services Releases Claims Tracker


SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Alpha Warranty Service Inc. (AWS) announced the release of Alpha Claims Tracker, a tool that allows customers, dealers, and agents to easily track their claims in real time.

By using the Alpha Claims Tracker, users can view which step of the process a claim is in, similar to how someone can track shipments online. The tool provides a detailed description of what is happening during that step so users are fully aware of what is being done to complete repairs on their vehicle.

“Our goal is to always find ways to improve the customer experience, especially when filing a claim. The claims process in this industry can be an overwhelming and stressful process for a customer. We’ve worked for years though to eliminate that frustration and the Alpha Claims Tracker takes the customer experience to a whole new level,” says Jeremy Lindsey, COO at Alpha Warranty Services.

“Being able to know the current status of your claim, who is responsible to move the claim forward, and what’s left in the claims process really minimizes the unknown when filing a claim. The tool offers a mobile-friendly user portal, along with the option to receive status updates by email and text message. It also provides a complete history of the claim and information on who is performing the next step to help reduce confusion.

Alpha Warranty Releases Zoom: Fast and Easy F&I for Today’s Customer


Salt Lake City, UT – Alpha Warranty Services, Inc. announced today the nationwide release of Zoom: Fast and Easy F&I for Today’s Customer, an all-inclusive sales portal designed to fit the needs of dealerships and customers alike.

“Zoom is a byproduct of the requests we received from our dealership partners,” said Jeremy Lindsey, Alpha Warranty’s COO. “We understand the need to offer a state-of-the-art F&I sales platform that allows our dealerships to involve the customer in the F&I purchase process.”

Zoom allows F&I managers to start a contract from the main page, gives them the ability to adjust rates easily, and work with the customer’s financing options. It also allows the F&I manger to compare up to 3 different plans or programs that they can then show the customer in a ‘Good, Better, Best’ format. This format allows the customer to fully understand what is covered and the cost associated with each level of coverage or term.
