Randy Barkowitz joined Safe-Guard in March 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to CEO in April 2011. Randy has worked with companies such as MCI, BellSouth, Hypercom Corporation and Warranty Corporation of America. Prior to joining Safe-Guard, Randy served as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer for Warranty Corporation of America.
Dave Duncan is part of the founding team of Safe-Guard. Dave brings to the company almost three decades of Finance & Insurance experience at both the dealership level and in the automotive protection products arena. Dave has direct responsibility for the company’s sales, marketing and business development efforts. Instrumental in growing the OEM, National Retail, and Agent channels for Safe-Guard, Dave helps guide the deployment of turn-key programs for F&I business units. Prior to joining the Safe-Guard team in 1992, Dave was President and CEO of Diversified Automotive Group, a national general agency, and held numerous management positions in automotive retail.

Tire & Wheel Protection – Covers the cost of tire replacement in the event of damage due to a road hazard and wheel replacement when road damage to the wheel prevents a seal between the tire and wheel. Optional cosmetic coverage takes the worry out of minor wheel scrapes.
Dent Protection – Permanently removes dings and dents from vertical and horizontal body panels of the vehicle without harming the factory finish.
Windshield Protection – Includes repair of the front windshield due to cracks or chips caused by rocks or road debris.
Appearance Protection – This three-part system comes with a warranty to cover everyday interior and exterior damage on new and used cars.
Key Protection – Covers the replacement of the covered vehicle key up to $800, plus $250 for replacement of additional keys on secondary key ring as well as lock-out assistance.
Roadside Assistance – Includes towing, flat tire, fuel, fluids, battery and lock-out assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Vehicle Service Contract – Offers multiple plans with coverage for mechanical repairs including parts and labor as well as roadside assistance and towing.
Precision Care – Includes coverage for wearable items such as brake pads, engine belts, and windshield wiper blades, as well as coverage for the battery, fluids, and one wheel alignment.
Prepaid Maintenance – Includes coverage for oil and filter, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) – Protects the customer in the event of a total loss of the vehicle by waiving the difference in the vehicle’s actual cash value and the balance of the finance agreement.
Lease Wear & Tear Protection – Enhances the lease experience by providing financial protection for common excess wear and use charges.
Theft Protection – Includes a theft deterrent and recovery system plus at Limited Warranty Benefit that provides up to $5,000 towards the purchase of a replacement vehicle.
