Our F&I technology and management systems provide fingertip access to account information and significantly reduce the potential for errors. ORIAS also maintains one of the industry’s fastest claim processing centers, with more than 79 percent of all warranty claims paid electronically by Wright Express, which provides immediate payment to the vehicle repair facility. All other claims are generally paid within 72 hours of receipt of proper claim documentation ... including GAP claims. ORIAS believes that actions speak louder than words. As president of Old Republic Insured Automotive Services (ORIAS), Gary Bishop is responsible for directing and overseeing company strategy, underwriting and operational performance. Gary began his career with Ford Motor Company in 1971 and has more than 40 years of experience successfully growing businesses and managing programs in the automotive F&I Trade. Gary joined ORIAS as president of the company’s Warranty Division in 1995, and currently serves as president of Old Republic’s automotive industry affiliates in the USA and Canada as well as vice president of Old Republic Insurance Company.
As executive vice president, Mike Cescon is responsible for sales and marketing, and oversees all other business units within ORIAS. In 2000, Mike joined ORIAS as director of client services and underwriting, and has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. During his tenure, Mike has held various positions with the Company, and attributes his skills to prior experience in underwriting commercial property, physical damage insurance and general liability.
Mary Gant serves as senior vice president in charge of accounting, administration and information technology. Prior to joining ORIAS in 2003, Mary had more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mary currently serves on the advisory board for the Vehicle Service Contract Administration Council and is actively involved in the annual conference. Mary’s leadership has driven many operational efficiencies as well as technological advancements while reducing operating costs and providing superior customer service.
Cindi Parks is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance and supervising final creation of Company forms and sales materials. Cindi has been ensuring the Company’s compliance with regulatory agencies and state insurance departments since her career with the Company began in 1977. Cindi is a participating member of the Service Contract Industry Council, the Motor Vehicle Ancillary Products Association, and the Consumer Credit Industry Association.
As vice president of claims, Rob Davis oversees the day-to-day operations of the Company’s claims and customer service departments. Rob joined ORIAS as a warranty claim adjuster in 1991, and has previously held positions with the Company as warranty claim supervisor and claims department manager. Rob is a licensed property and casualty adjuster in fourteen states.
